Fluxuate (fluxuatecardgame.com) is a multiplayer card game. This policy describes, in plain language, what information the site handles and why. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the game, we never sell your information, and gameplay data used to improve the bots is anonymized.

• Email address (optional): if you create an account and provide an email address, it is used only for account authentication (sign-in and account recovery).
• Passkeys / sign-in credentials: if you register a passkey, we store the public credential needed to verify your sign-in. We never see or store a password for passkey accounts.
• Display name: the name you choose to play under, shown to other players at your table.
• Anonymized gameplay recordings: hands involving one or more bot players may be recorded for improving the bots' skill. These recordings identify seats only by generic labels (such as "Player1" or "Bot") — no account, name, or email is ever stored with them.
• Cookies and browser storage: used only to provide the game to you — keeping you signed in and connected to your table. No advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.

How We Use Your Information

• Email address: used only for account authentication. It will never be sold or used for any other purpose.
• Anonymized gameplay recordings: used to train and improve the bot opponents' skill. This data is not used to identify, profile, or advertise to any individual player.
• Cookies/local storage: used only to provide the game experience — no more than what's needed for the site to function.

Service Providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and network/security providers) to run this website. These providers may process data on our behalf solely to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Anonymized gameplay recordings are kept for as long as they remain useful for improving the bot — since this data is anonymized rather than tied to your identity, it is not deleted specifically upon account closure, but it is also never used to identify you.

Children's Privacy

Fluxuate is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Your Choices

You may request that we delete your account and associated email address at any time by contacting us (see below). Because gameplay recordings are anonymized rather than linked to your account, they are not individually retrievable or deletable by account — deleting your account does not require also removing this anonymized data, since it was never tied to your identity in the first place.
